• I will start with your commission when I got the full payment (is for avoid problems) unless a partial payment its acorded.
• Commission corrections must be done on the sketch stage, after that only color pallette corrections unless there was something i missed on the design.Deliver time can be from 5 days to 2 weeks depending on the waiting list
• I dont do refounds
